We understand that it can be difficult to choose the perfect items online, and your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the product to us, and we will either repair/replace it or issue a credit voucher, subject to the terms below.

Step-by-Step Return Process

To ensure your return is processed quickly, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us to Start Your Return Before sending anything back, you must contact our Customer Service team to log your return and receive a reference number.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

  • Package the products safely and securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Clearly write your return reference number on the outside of the parcel.
  • Include all parts, accessories, and promotional items that came with the product.

Step 3: Send It Back to Us You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • For Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items: We will cover the return costs. We will either arrange for collection or ask you to drop the package at your nearest PUDO point, sending to one of our branches.
  • For Unwanted Items (Changed Mind): You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Types of Returns & Specific Conditions

  1. Changed Your Mind? (Unwanted Products) You can return an unwanted product within 7 days of receiving it, provided:
  • It is undamaged and unused, with original labels and stickers attached.
  • It is in the original, sealed packaging (if applicable).
  • It is not missing any accessories or parts.
  1. Received a Damaged or Wrong Item? If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or with items missing (short pack), please notify us within 7 days.
  • Provide your order number.
  • Take a photo of the damaged/wrong item or the entire package for a short pack claim.
  • We will guide you on returning the item at our cost.

Please note: For damaged items, a consumer administration charge of R25 may apply.

  1. Product Quality or Allergic Reaction? (Defective Products) You can return a product due to a manufacturing defect or an allergic reaction within 6 months of purchase.
  • Provide the product’s batch number and product code (found on the packaging).
  • Provide a clear photo of the product and the reaction (if applicable).
  • Provide a full explanation of the quality issue or allergic reaction.
  • If your return is accepted, we will issue a credit voucher. You may not be required to physically return the product.

What is NOT considered a defect?

  • Faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
  • Damage from negligence, user abuse, or incorrect use.
  • Damage from failure to care for the product.
  • Damage from unauthorised alterations.

The Fine Print: Important Information

  • Credit Vouchers Only: Please note, we strictly do not offer cash refunds. All successful returns will be processed as a credit voucher to your Nature’s Whisper online account.
  • Incomplete Returns: If you return a product without all its accessories and parts, we may refuse the return or issue a partial credit for the value of the missing items.
  • Gift Sets & Combos: To receive a full credit voucher for a promotional set, all items in the set must be returned together.
  • Non-compliance: If a returned product does not meet the requirements of this policy, we may have to return it to you and charge for the associated collection and delivery costs.
  • Product Descriptions: We do our best to describe products accurately. Packaging may vary, and given weights and dimensions are approximate. On rare occasions, we may substitute a product with a similar item if the original is unavailable and will inform you at the time of your order.
